The Short Version

BusinessCalc.ca calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter into a calculator are processed on your own device and are not sent to us, stored by us, or sold to anyone. We do not require an account to use any calculator.

Information You Choose to Send

If you submit a form, such as the contact form or a checklist signup, we receive the information you provide (for example your name, email address and message) and use it only to respond to you or deliver what you asked for. Form delivery may be handled by a third-party form service acting on our behalf. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through these forms.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which calculators and guides are useful, in aggregate form. Analytics events on this site are designed to exclude the values you enter into calculators. If analytics tooling is not active, no analytics data is collected.

Cookies

The core site works without cookies set by BusinessCalc.ca. If analytics or form services are enabled, they may set their own cookies under their own policies; we aim to keep any such use minimal and privacy-respecting.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate the site (for example, form delivery), and only the information they need to perform that service.

Your Choices

You can use every calculator without providing any personal information. If you have submitted a form and would like the information removed, contact us through the Contact page and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
